“Something ends,” Geralt said with difficulty. “Something ends, Dandelion .”
“Not at all,” the poet shot back seriously. “Something begins.”

Happy Holidays Everyone!
I know some of you might be preparing for Christmas, well-deserved PTO, time with family and the New Year! This is amazing, and please make sure your recharge before 2023 & take it easy.
I would never have believed anyone telling me that such a moment would happen in my life.
Yet it happened–my book was released this week! 🎉
It is one of the things that looked impossible upfront. Not only for me–my family was also shocked when I told them that I was writing this book. I was not very passionate about writing in the past. In high school, I barely passed the final exam for the “Polish language” subject–you know, the one you have to write boring essays about some poems.
After ~1100h of work, my Efficient Go book was sent to production. 😱 Thanks to all who helped me in this journey!
With the publish date around November-December 2022, you can pre-order my book from the following websites:
Amazon (US , UK , DE ) Barnes & Noble O’Reilly Community We are slowly building a small community around the book and Go efficiency topics in the Efficient Go Community Discord server.

In this blog post, I would like to introduce bingo , a simple and efficient CLI (Command Line Interface) Tool , I wrote for managing versions of Go binaries that are required for your project development.
TL;DR: bingo is built on top of the native Go Modules dependency management and in my opinion, it solves the hard problem of flexible versioning developer tools written in Go.
TL;DR: In March 2020, we established the official CNCF’s Special Interest Group (SIG) for Observability . Last week, the TOC vote for the first Tech Lead for this SIG was closed, and results were published . I am proud to announce that I have been elected! 🤩
In this blog post, I would like to briefly explain what is the idea behind SIGs, what our “newly” created SIG for Observability is for.
